Yosemite camping reservations for an unforgettable wilderness vacation |
||||||||||
| Yosemite camping reservations are available for campsites, cabin and hotel accommodation in and out of the Valley in Yosemite National Park. Indisputably one of the world’s great wilderness experiences, there is an endless array of activities you can enjoy during your stay, including hiking, fishing, horseback-riding, rafting, rock-climbing, skiing, ice-skating, bicycling, photography, guided tours or even golf. Just sitting and watching the sunrise or sunset from a high vantage point in the wilderness is an indescribably beautiful and magical experience. Sentinel Dome and Glacier Point hiking trails have to be seen to be believed. The Upper Pines, Lower Pines and North Pines campgrounds are in the Yosemite Valley itself. They have the closest access to the Park’s many facilities, and are very popular. The campsites accommodate up to six people, and two cars. Reservations open five months in advance, and you need to be quick.
There are many other public and privately run campsites which you can drive to from the Valley. If you want to get away from the crowds, and experience the more remote natural surroundings you may prefer these sites. Private hotel and cabin accommodation is also available, if you want to enjoy the Park without leaving all your creature comforts at home. You can make Yosemite camping reservations for campsites inside and outside the Valley on the Yosemite National Park Service’s Official Site, and cabin and hotel accommodation is also available.
